At Nukta, we believe in providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. We offer exchanges for size and color subject to availability, but do not accept returns. Please note that products purchased on sale cannot be exchanged or returned.
If the received product is defective, you may contact our customer service center by emailing us pictures of the defective product at firstname.lastname@example.org or by WhatsApp at +923001800881 within 7 days of product receipt. The exchange will be made only if the product received has a defect.
Please note that washed, used, or damaged outfits will not be exchanged. Sale products can only be exchanged for different sizes, depending on availability.
In case of a lost shipment, please inform us via email with complete order details. We will set an inquiry regarding your claim. If after inquiry, your claim is valid, the product will be replaced.
